Warranty Terms

• Your warranty applies form the date of sale, [excluding ex-display and product sold ‘as-is’.

• All warranty claims must be made with the store of purchase. The store will liaise with Oscar Living for warranty claims. Details of a claim is submitted to Oscar Living and assessed prior to any action being taken. Oscar Living will then advise if they will: repair, replace, refund or make any other reasonable effort to rectify the issue.

Warranty Claims will not be fulfilled under the following circumstances.

• Minor variation in product which does not affect the product’s intended purpose.

• Faults resulting from improper installation or use as outlined in the instructions for use.

• Any modification made to an Oscar Living product by the consumer or a third party without prior written approval form Oscar to the nature and extent of the modification.

• Failure to protect the product from stains and soiling.

Proof of Purchase

Please keep proof of purchase or register your product with us using the Product Registration Card provided.

Our Goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonable foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
